高效能的HIT太阳能电池研究 Abstract: Heterojunction with Intrinsic Thin Layer (HIT) solar cells have combinated the characteristics of amorphous silicon and monocrystalline silicon solar cells, with low temperature preparation, high conversion efficiency and excellent temperature coefficient and so on. From the structure and principle of HIT, the making and preparing procedure have been discussed. The ways to enhance the efficiency of HIT solar cell also have been analyzed.
