This document is promulgated according to MOE Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan, R.O.C. The Regulations Governing International Student Application are based upon the Rules for International Student Admissions of National Changhua University of Education. 二、本校所招收之外國學生係指未具僑生身份且不具中華民國國籍之外國籍學生不具國籍法第二條所稱中華民國國籍，且未具僑生身分者；具中華民國及外國國籍之雙重國籍者但原具中華民國國籍，自內政部許可喪失中華民國國籍之日起未滿八年內者，不得申請入學。所定八年之計算，申請之基準日為以算至學校當學年度開學日期為基準日。。 依文化合作協議由外國政府、機構、學校、文教團體遴薦來臺就學之該國國民，得不受前項規定限制。 兼具僑生及外籍學生身份之華裔外國學生，應按其意願擇依本辦法或「僑生回國就學及輔導辦法」來華就學。如同時以僑生及外國學生身份申請入學，經查證屬實者，撤銷其依此辦法所獲准入學資格。 2. The international students qualified for being admitted to National Changhua University of Education are those who are not nationals of the Republic of China as stipulated by the Nationality Act, Article Two, and are notdo not hold the identity as overseas Chinese students.and who are not the citizens of the Republic of China. Those who hold dual nationalities of the Republic of China and other foreign countries are not eligible to apply within eight years beginning from the date on which the Ministry of Domestic Affairs of the R.O.C. permits them to void their Chinese nationality. The beginning date of application is the starting date of the academic year in which the application is filed. But those who originally held ROC nationality will not be eligible to apply within eight years of the Ministry of the Interiors permit of losing it. The said eight years are calculated till the date of the applied academic year begins.
