湖北工业大学商贸学院毕业论文 毕业论文(设计) 题 目 浅析物流配送中心的选址及规划 ——以中百仓储为例 姓 名 田 苗 学 号 1115143202 专业年级 2011级物流管理本科2班 指导教师 魏秀丽 职 称 讲 师 2015年5月12日  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT IV 摘 要 近些年，随着现代市场竞争的日趋激烈，物流已经引起了全球企业的重视，各企业都面临着如何降低成本和提高自身服务质量的双重任务，对于新兴起的物流企业来说，降低成本和提高自身服务质量显得尤为重要。而在整个的物流活动中，选址是一个不容忽视的环节，缺其不可。物流业已经成为一个新兴并且充满希望的产业。物流中心的选址及规划研究也成为了管理学中的前沿问题。 本论文开篇对物流配送中心的概念和作用进行简述，随后对物流配送中心的选址问题进行了较为全面的介绍，内容包括物流配送中心建立的意义及选址规划的方法。本文以此为背景，以中百仓储配送中心为研究对象，对其配送中心的选址进行分析，根据中百仓储配送中心的实际运营情况，运用解析和启发式的分析方法，对物流配送中心的选址及规划问题进行综合判断。合理有效地运用到配送中心选址方案，能使配送中心更好地满足客户的多样化需求，又能对中百仓储盈利的提升有帮助，以满足企业发展的需要，提高企业的核心竞争力。论文结尾也对我国企业建立物流配送中心提出了几点建议，不管是企业还是政府，都应该重视物流的发展，也应该意识到物流中存在的问题，只有政府和企业的良好配合，才能有物流业更好地发展。 关 键 词:物流配送中心 选址 规划 方法 Abstract In recent years, along with the modern market competition becomes more intense, the logistics has aroused the attention of the world, various enterprises are faced with how to reduce costs and improve their quality of service dual task. For the rise of new logistics enterprises, the dual task is particularly important. In the whole logistics activity, site selection is a link that nots allow to ignore, lack of it. The logistics industry has become a new and promising industry. Logistics center location selection and planning research has become a frontier problem in management.
