The Research Methods TO The Problems Which ln The Course Of Practical Lessons Of High School Content Abstract The development of science and technoloqy at present is showing the characteristics of high speed，high level and muttiplization．This’is deeply effecting human beings in the style of producing and living．Compared with the social development mainly depending on natural resources and material power in the past， the development for 21 st century human beings demands very much people who have culture quality of high science and technology．This has without doubt given birth to serious challenge to the traditional education．To meat the challenge，we are obliged to carry out quality education，and multiple—practical activities are the sticking point of carrying out quality education．This article is proking the problems appearing in the course’s carrying—out and the methods to solve the problems．This article is based on the results of the experts home and abroad，and combined the concrete practice in the present reform ofnew courses，especially pointing at the goal and character of multiple practical courses．This article explains in details the goal and value of the courses of multiple—practical activities，with the clear focus conception and this article makes the detail analysis and investigations on the situation and problems at present．From these，we discover questions，seek for the causes ofthe problems，and at last we put forward to concrete methods to solve these problems in the light of existing circumstances． Key words：courses，multiple-practical activities 中学综合实践活动课程实施过程中的问题及对策研究 第一章 引 言 20世纪80年代以来，人类社会的科学技术迅猛发展。一方面，在人类生活 领域和对自然界的认识中，人们面临着一系列的问题，同时新科技、新技术不 断涌现，极大地推进了生产的发展；另一方面，科学发展呈现出学科不断分化， 新领域不断产生的趋势，同时不同学科之间又不断整合，知识更新空前加快， 学科分化与综合成为科学发展的基本趋势。面对知识经济时代，各国普遍认识 到要增强综合国力，必须提高人口素质，特别注重建立创新体系。因此可以说， 知识经济时代实质上是一个强调创新的时代，“创新”是知识经济时代的灵魂。Ⅲ 这就要求人们具有创新意识和创毅精神，养成探究的习惯和态度，具有较强的 探究能力。在当前世界范围内的基础教育课程改革浪潮中，突破创新，注重问 题解决能力的发展，成为各国普遍的改革目标。综合实践活动课程的设计与实 施即特别强调发展学生的创新精神、探究意识和研究能力，注重培养和
