硕士论文 甘肃工业特色优势产业的选择及其发展对策研究 摘 要 近年来，“特色优势产业”频频出现在学术文献和政策规划中，但是对该概 念却缺乏具有理论深度的界定和分析，因此时常出现“优势产业、“主导产业”、 “支柱产业、“战略性产业”几个概念同“特色优势产业”混用的现象。这种混 用不仅造成理论上的混淆，也会造成政策上的错位二 发展特色优势产业是甘肃省未来10—15年发展战略的重要组成部分。温家 宝总理主持国务院全体会议通过的《西部大开发“十一五总体规划》中将“大 力发展特色优势产业”作为一项重要内容。甘肃作为我国西部一个经济欠发达省 份，工业化是目前面临的最大课题。甘肃加快工业化进程的重要途径之一在于发 展特色优势产业。 本文在甘肃省情认识的基础上，在区域特色优势产业选择的理论基础上， 依据甘肃省工业发展现状分析，剖析市场经济条件下甘肃特色优势产业的选择原 则，并建立选择指标体系；依据因子分析和聚类分析方法，归结出甘肃工业特色 优势产业的基本定位；提出甘肃省“十一五”期间工业特色优势产业的发展战略 及对策建议。 关键词：特色优势产业；指标体系：聚类分析；甘肃 II 硕-上论文 甘肃工业特色优势产业的选择及其发展对策研究 ABSTRACT Recently，characteristic advantaged industries’’often appears in academic literatures and policy plannings，but there is a lack of a defined depth theory and analysis on it，which has led we can not distinguish the conceptions among‘‘dominant industries’’，‘‘leading industry’’，‘‘pillar industries’’，‘‘strategic industries’’．As a result, it may not only causes confusion on theory,but also causes the policy dislocation． To develop characteristic advantaged industries is a very important component of the strategy in the next 1 0·1 5 years of Gansu province．The(Master plans of Western Development 1 1 m Five-Year Plan》passed in the State Council presided by Wen jia bao made‘developing the characteristic advantaged industriesas an important component．As a less developed province in the westem of China，Gansu’s industrialization is the biggest issue．One of the important ways for GanSu Province to speed up the process of industrialization is to developt characteristic advantaged industries． On the basis of understanding the situation of GanSu and the theory 011 the choice of regional characteristic advantaged industries，this paper，based on the status of industries analyze the ljrinciple ofdetermining the char．acteristic advantaged industries in Gansu Province under market economy conditions and establish the selecting of index system．Based on Factor analysis and Cluster analysis methods，it concluded the industry positioning of industrial characteristic advantaged i
