摘要 在我国，在应试教育阶段里，有这样的顺口溜，考考考，老师的法宝；分分分学生的命根。分决定着很多学生的未来，应试教育仍占据着很重要的地位。尽管，在国家“减负”的口号下，学校减少印刷学生的学习资料，课堂变得简单，但考试的形式依旧没有改变。这样课外辅导渐成新的教育投资热点，同时也是市场经济的必然选择。所以，只要应试教育存在，课外辅导机构就会存在，其发展前景则无限,顺应市场发展的需求，本文决定详细策划如何成功办理一家英语培训机构。 [关键词]：分数; 应试教育; 学生压力 ;课外辅导 ;投资; 英语培训机构 Abstract In China, examination is an important tool to evaluate students’ academic performance and grades are of importance to them for grades may decide their learning environment in the next few years, but exam-oriented education is still a major form of education in China. To reduce students’ study load, many schools have decreased the number of printing course materials for students and part of course contents has been improved. However, test also holds its stable position in Chinese traditional education system. In order to get high grades in exams, students have no choice but to take extra-curricular classes which can satisfy both the needs of students and their parents, and gradually the extra-curricular classes become popular among students and increase their parents’ investment in education, which is an inevitable trend in today’s market economy. Therefore, extra-curricular classes may develop in tandem with the exam-oriented education. According to the present educational situation, these classes will have a good prospective. This thesis determine to show that how to successfully handled an English training class.
