辽宁工程技术大学 本科毕业设计（论文）附本 题 目 西梁煤矿矿井通风系统及防灭火设计 副 标 题 院（系、部） 矿业技术学院安全工程系 班 级 安全09—1班 姓 名 王震祥 指 导 教 师 高野 成 绩 教务处制 摘要 本设计矿井的井田面积为平方千米，年产量万吨。井田内煤层赋存比较稳定，煤层倾角，平均°，煤层厚度平均m。井田范围内整体地质条件比较简单，断层较发育，但均是小断层。矿井瓦斯含量较，为瓦斯矿井，矿井涌水量不大。根据实际的地质资料情况进行井田开拓和准备方式的初步设计，该矿井决定采用斜井水平开采，采用带区式开拓方式。设计采用综合机械化回采工艺，倾斜长壁采煤法，用全部跨落法处理采空区，并对矿井运输、提升、排水和通风等各个生产系统的设备选型计算，以及对矿井安全技术措施和环境保护提出要求，完成了整个矿井的初步设计。矿井全部实现机械化，采用先进技术和借鉴已实现高产高效现代化矿井的经验，实现一矿一面高产高效矿井从而达到良好的经济效益和社会效益。关键词:倾斜长壁 综合机械化 高产高效ABSTRACT The design of mine well field area is 10.748 square kilometers, the annual output of 600000 tons. The design of the comprehensive mechanized mining technology, inclined longwall mining method, with all cross fell method in the treatment of the mined-out area, and selection of equipment of each production system of mine transport, lifting, drainage and ventilation calculation, as well as mine safety technical measures and environmental protection request, completed the preliminary design of the entire mine. Mine all realize mechanization, the use of advanced technology and reference has realized high yield and high efficiency of modern mine experience, realize one mine high yield and efficiency of mine so as to achieve good economic and social benefits.
