VOL 2 INDEX WORKBARGE TOW TUG / AHT 3  WORKBARGE TOW TUG/ AHT PREAMBLES Bidders shall provide qualifications where required, on the proposed WORKBARGE TOW TUG and these qualifications shall be certified by the reputable classification societies e.g. Lloyds, A.B.S, D.N.V. or equivalent recognised by the Government of Malaysia. Bidder shall specify the manning level of the WORKBARGE TOW TUG in accordance to the proposed vessel Safe Manning Certificate. Bidder shall provide a MINIMUM of three (3) WORKBARGE TOW TUGS/ AHT. WORKBARGE TOW TUG NAME: ______________________ WORKBARGE TOW TUG/ AHT SPECIFICATION COMPLY IF DO NOT COMPLY - PROVIDE BIDDER’s SPECIFICATION/QUALIFICATION/UPGRADE PLAN YES NO 1 Marine requirements 1.1 AGE 1.1.1 The VESSEL’s age is maximum 15 years from the date the vessel was built. 1.1.2 New Build VESSEL shall be built at shipyard registered with Association of Marine Industries of Malaysia (AMIM) Shipyard (ex ASROM). VESSEL under construction with keel laid prior to bid issue date may be exempted from this. 1.3 CLASS RULES AND REGULATION 1.3.1 The VESSEL shall be certified seaworthy and classed for the area of work in accordance with Rules and Regulations of internationally recognized Classification society acceptable to the COMPANY and shall have the appropriate notations denoting the VESSEL various capabilities. The VESSEL shall be maintained in Class to the requirement of classification society acceptable to the COMPANY. 1.3.2 The VESSEL shall comply fully with the following international regulations and recommendations: 1.3.2.1 SOLAS 1974/78 and all latest amendments 1.3.2.2 International Convention of Load Lines 1966 1.3.2.3 International Rules of Tonnage Measurement (both 1967 and 1969 Convention) 1.3.2.4 International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watch-keeping for Seafarers 1995 (STCW) Convention 1.3.2.5 International Maritime Organisat
