中国对非洲投资问题研究 --世界各国对能 摘 要　　随着经济社会的发展，世界各国对能源和市场的竞争越来越激烈，在这样的背景下，非洲走入了人们的视线，它不但拥有丰富的石油储藏，还是一个巨大的潜在市场，有很大的发展潜力，逐渐成为中国企业投资热点。随着经济社会的发展，中国在国际社会的大国地位也越来越得到肯定。因此，中国继续加强对非洲的投资，拓展对非洲投资的领域，不管是对中国还是对非洲，都是积极有利的。在中国企业投资非洲的过程中不可避免的遇到了各种问题，这些问题体现出了非洲市场的特点。期望对非洲进行直接投资的企业家们正在努力了解非洲，努力认清投资非洲的问题及风险，并迫切地寻找防范这些问题和风险的方法。本文从非洲的投资环境、中国对非洲的投资形式、中国在非洲的投资现状分析了中国在非洲投资遇到的问题，并且提出了为了解决这些问题，中国政府与企业应该采取的措施。 （200字以上） 关键词　　中非；直接投资；间接投资；措施（3－5个） Abstract　　With the development of economic and the social,the competition of energy and the consume market is increasingly fierce during international countries. In this context, the African is into the people’s sight.It not only has rich oil reserves, but also is still a huge potential market, which has great potential for development and gradually become the hot spots for Chinese enterprises to invest.With the development of economic and the social,China’s great-power status is confirmed by international countries. Therefore, China continue to strengthen investment in Africa and expand the field of investment.To China or whether to Africa,is positive and benefit. Chinese enterprises investing in Africa inevitable encounter a variety of issues that reflect the characteristics of the African market. Having expectation of direct investment in Africas entrepreneurs are trying to understand Africa, efforts to identify the problems and risks of investing in Africa, and urgently to find the approaches to prevent these problems and risks.This paper analyze the problems encountered by Chinese investment in Africa, and in order to solve these problems, the Chinese government and enterprises should do by the investment environment in Africa, types of Chinese investment in Africa and the status.
