摘 要本设计为石狮富豪酒店的建筑给水排水设计。地下一至四层为商场，五层到八层分别为餐厅、KTV、KTV、洗浴按摩休息室，九层到二十一层为酒店住宿，地下二层平时为车库和水泵房，战争时为人防。本设计包括给水系统、排水系统、雨水系统、消防系统、热水消防系统和人防给水排水系统。给水系统采用分区供水，其中地下二层至四层层为市政直接供水，五至二十一层分成二个区：5至13层为中区，14至21层为高区。排水系统采用污废合流制。污水立管为满足排水要求均需设置专用通气立管。地下室不能采用重力流直接排出的的废水，排至地下室集水坑内，用潜水泵抽水至室外污水检查井。雨水系统采用内排水方式，为达到该酒店外表美观的要求。消防系统包括：室内消火栓系统、室外消火栓系统、自动喷淋系统和消防水炮系统。消火栓给水系统和自动喷淋灭火系统单独设置，自成体系，由专门水泵抽水供给。室内消火栓给水系统采用临时高压消防给水系统。屋顶设置18m3高位消防水箱.自动喷淋系统采用湿式喷水灭火系统。 热水系统采用干管立管半循环系统，分区与给水一致，采用空气源热泵加热。地下二层战争时为人民防空地下室，属于二等人员掩蔽所，分为两个防护单元，每个防护单元分别设有战时生活水箱与饮用水箱，也分别设有洗消集水坑和污水集水坑。 关键词：给水 热水 排水 消防 人防AbstractThe design is the building water supply and drainage design of Shishi Regal Hotel. Sewage pipe to meet engineering requirements are required to set up special drainage riser. The basement can not be used in gravity flow directly discharged waste water, exhaust to the basement sump, with submersible pump to outdoor sewage inspection wells.Stormwater drainage inside the builiding, in order to achieve the requirements of the hotel looks beautiful.Fire protection system includes: indoor fire hydrant system, fire hydrant system, automatic sprinkler system and fire water monitor system.
