General Instructions 引言 1.1 Introduction 序 The present operating instructions should provide an insight into the construction and function of the furnace unit and give the necessary knowledge for its safe operation. 此操作手册为整体热处理炉的构造及功能的说明及操作安全所需的知识. According to the legal rules the operating instructions must be accessible to the operating staff and stored at a suitable place. Before putting the unit into operation the operating instructions must be read carefully and the operating staff must be trained sufficiently. This training must be repeated in regular intervals. Attention must be drawn especially to possible sources of danger and to immediate measures in case of resp. failures. 依法律规定操作员须可随时取得操作手册且妥善保管.操作此热处理前操作员须熟悉操作手册且受完整训练并须定期接受训练.须注意移开特别是可能造成危险的来源且若失效时立即采取措施.
