QYZX系列汽轮机油在线净化装置 技术参数： 用途：QYZX型汽轮机油净化置是针对汽轮发电机组在运行过程中，所使用的大量润滑和调节用油随时受到水汽和各种外界杂质的混入情况下而连续或间断对油质进行分离、过滤杂质的装置。净化后的油质能够满足机组运行要求，确保机组安全运行和延长机组的使用寿命。特点：待处理的透平油经本装置数次循环处理后，可以达到以下技术指标：??去水能力：净化后无自由水分，游离水含水量≤50ppm。去杂能力：对于5～15μm的杂质去除效率≥98%，出油清洁度达到NAS标准6级或SAE标准4级。油质酸值：待处理的透平油经本装置高分子吸附再生装置脱除酸性物质后油质酸值≤0.03mgKOH/g Application： QYZX turbine oil purifier is a device used to separate and filter continuously or at intervals the impurities from oil used in large amount for lubricating and adjusting the turbine generator set since the oil can be mixed with water, gas or foreign matters of all kinds when turbine generator set is under operation. The purified oil is qualified in quality as required by normal operation of generator set, which makes sure generator set can operate safely and has an extended service life.Features：? The turbine oil can meet the technical metrics as follows after it is purified through several circulations:? The capability to remove water: no free water can be found, water content of free water is equal to or less than 50ppm or≤50ppm .?? The capability to remove impurity: more than 98% of impurity can be removed for impurities ranging between 5～15μm, the clean class meets NAS standard level 6 or SAE standard level 4.Acid value of oil: The acid value of turbine oil is equal to or less than 0.03mgKOH/g or ≤0.03mgKOH/g after acidic material is removed from the turbine oil through the high molecule adsorption and regeneration device.
