玻璃窗安装说明书Glass window, floor hinge door with glass window installation instruction一、安装前准备Ⅰ.Preparation before installation 安装前，安装单位要准备好以下工具及材料：Before installation, the installation group should prepare the tools and materials as following:工具：电焊机、橡皮锤、铁锤、钢凿、对拔木楔、托线板、吊线坠、水平尺（或水平仪）、钢卷尺、角尺、灰线包、玻璃吸盘、冲击钻、硅胶枪。Tools: electric welding machine, rubber hammer, hammer, steel chisel, wooden chock, board with line, line drop, level tape (or level instrument), steel tape, beam square, grey line bag, glass cupula, strike drill, silica gel gun.辅助材料：预埋铁件、电焊条、连接件、冲击钻头、硅胶。Subsidiary materials: built-in iron, electric welding strip, connect piece, strike drill, silica gel.2、检查洞口尺寸是否与玻璃窗安装的要求相符。Check whether the wall to wall dimension is coinciding with the glass window installation requirements.3、有预埋铁件的洞口，还要检查洞口内预埋铁件的构造、位置和数量能否满足安装要求。For the opening with built-in iron, whether the built-in iron structure, position and quantity meet the installation requirements should be checked..4、检查玻璃窗的规格、型号与设计要求要一致。Check whether the glass window, specification and type coincide with the designing requirements.5、检查玻璃窗玻璃及连接螺栓等配套五金的数量和质量。Check the quantity and quality of the glass window and the hardware parts of the glass and the connecting bolt etc.二、安装步骤：II installation steps:1、划线定位：根据甲方提供的三线（水平线，中心线，完成线）的要求划出定位线，按设计图纸规定尺寸、标高和开启方向在洞口内用“托线板”弹出窗、门的安装位置线。(需插图)Score for orientation: to score the orientation line according to the “three line” (horizontal line, center line, finishing line) offered by Party A, use “board with line” to flip the location line for the window and door in the opening according to the design drawing.窗框、门框安装：The window frame and door frame installation:⑴ 将分体的隔断（包括门）按图纸要求用螺钉连接，连接时要保证窗、门的上下框的水平，然后在连处点焊固定。（需插图）Connect the parted partitions (including door leafs) by bolt according to the drawing requirements, it must be assured that the upper frame and the below frame of the window and the door are horizontal. Then spot welding the joint place for fixing up.注意：点焊不能影响表面质量。Note: Spot weld
