125I放射性粒子植入联合GP加重组人血管内皮抑素治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌临床研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨125I放射性粒子联合GP加重组人血管内皮抑素（恩度）方案治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的临床疗效。方法：46例初治经临床影像学及病理学检查确诊为Ⅲb～Ⅳ期NSCLC老年患者，研究组24例在CT引导下行瘤体内125I粒子植入，3 d后予GP加恩度方案；对照组22例给予GP方案加恩度方案，治疗4周期后进行疗效评价。结果：研究组和对照组局部控制率、总有效率分别为83.33%和63.64%、70.83%和45.45%，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：125I粒子植入联合GP加恩度方案治疗老年晚期NSCLC患者，可明显改善患者生活质量，近期疗效显著，是一种安全有效的治疗方法，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 晚期非小细胞肺癌； 125I放射性粒子； 重组人血管内皮抑素 　　中图分类号 R734.2 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）33-0003-03 　　The Clinical Study of Radioactive 125I Seeds Implantation Combined with GP and Rh-endostatin in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer/CUI Ying，WANG Shu-shi，CHENG Jian，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（33）：3-5 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To research the clinical efficacy of 125I seeds combined with GP and rh-Endostatin in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Method：46 cases of newly diagnosed by clinical radiological and pathological examination confirmed Ⅲb-Ⅳ of non-small cell lung cancer in elderly patients，the study group 24 cases in CT-guided intratumoral 125I seeded implantation，3 d after to GP and Rh-endostatin program；the control group of 22 patients used GP and Rh-endostatin programs，the efficacy was evaluated after administration of 4-cycle assessment.Result：The study group and the control group of local control rate，the total effective rate were as follows 83.33% and 63.64%，70.83% and 45.45%，both of which were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：125I seeds implantation combines with GP and rh-Endostatin in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer which can improve the living quality，the recent effect is significant effect，it is a safe and effective method of treatment，worthy of clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Non-small cell lung cancer； Radioactive 125I； Rh-endostatin 　　First-author’s address：Maternal and Child Health Services Center of Zouping County，Zouping 256200，Ch
