3883名北京在职企事业单位工作人员各年龄段健康体检心电图分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨北京在职企事业单位工作人员各年龄段的心电图异常检出率及其与性别的关系。 方法 选取2015年1～6月在北京小汤山医院进行健康体检的3883名（男1946名，女1937名）北京企事业单位在职受检者的心电图资料，以10岁为一个年龄组进行不同性别异常心电图统计分析。 结果 ①男女两组对应年龄段间心电图异常率差异无统计学意义（P 0.05）；②男女两组各自不同年龄段间心电图异常率差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）；③男女间各类型异常心电图检出率总体差异有统计学意义（P 0.05），进一步对男女间同类型异常心电图检出率进行两两比较，结果显示，女性窦性心律不齐和ST-T改变检出率高于男性（P 0.05），而男性传导阻滞和左心室高电压检出率高于女性（P 0.05）。 结论 异常心电图与年龄及性别有一定相关性，建议尤其是40岁以上人群，不论男女，均应定期进行健康体检，及早发现并积极治疗心血管疾病。 　　[关键词] 心电图；健康；在职；年龄；性别 　　[中图分类号] R541.76 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2016）01（b）-0174-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the abnormal detection rate of electrocardiogram （ECG） in each age group of Beijing in-service enterprises and institutions working staffs and its relationship with gender. Methods ECG data of 3883 Beijing in-service enterprises and institutions working staffs （1946 cases of male， 1937 cases of female） carrying out healthy check-up in Beijing Xiaotangshan Hospital from January to June 2015 were selected. Abnormal ECG was statistically analyzed between ditferent gender by a group for 10 years old. Results ①The ECG abnormal rates between corresponding ages of male and female had no statistically significant （P 0.05）. ②The ECG abnormal rates between age groups of male and female had statistically significant （P 0.05）. ③The detection rate of all types abnormal ECG between male and female had statistically significant （P 0.05）. In further same-type abnormal ECG detection rates between male and female were pairwise compared， the results showed that sinus arrhythmia and ST-T change detection rates of female were higher than those of male （P 0.05）， while conduction block and left ventricular high voltage detection rates of male were higher than those of female （P 0.05）. Conclusion Abnormal ECG has certain correlation with age and gender， suggest especially people aged over 40， both male and female， all should regular health checks， early detection and treatment of cardiovascular disease actively. 　　[
