ABC分析法调查我院心内科2013～2014年药品使用情况 　　[摘要] 目的 调查新疆医科大学附属中医医院（以下简称“我院”）心内科的药物利用情况，为临床合理用药提供建议和参考。 方法 采用ABC法对我院心内科2013年和2014年所用药品进行统计分析，确定A类药品的分布，并对A类循环系统药物进行重点分析。 结果 2014年A类药品共计38种，金额百分比为74.85%；B类药品43种，金额百分比为15.21%；C类药品639种，金额百分比为9.94%。2013年A类药品共计29种，金额百分比为74.49%；B类药品44种，金额百分比为15.51%；C类药品655种，金额百分比为10.00%。其中，A类药品集中在循环系统用药，如磷酸肌酸、谷红、丹参多酚酸盐、低分子肝素等。 结论 我院心内科存在不合理用药现象，应加强对中药注射剂以及个别药物的使用情况管理，促进合理用药。 　　[关键词] ABC分析法；心内科；用药分析 　　[中图分类号] R969.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2016）03（b）-0143-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the medication in Cardiology Department of Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University （“our hospital” for short）， in order to provide advice and reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods The ABC method was adopted for statistic analysis of drugs used in Cardiology Department of our hospital. The distribution of Class A drugs was determined and analyzed intensively. Results In 2014， Class A had 38 kinds of drugs， the percentage of amount was 74.85%； Class B had 43 kinds of drugs， the percentage of amount was 15.21%； Class C had 639 kinds of drugs， the percentage of amount was 9.94%. In 2013， Class A had 29 kinds of drugs， the percentage of amount was 74.49%； Class B had 44 kinds of drugs， the percentage of amount was 15.51%； Class C had 655 kinds of drugs， the percentage of amount was 10.00%. Class A drugs were concentrated in the circulatory system， such as creatine phosphate， Guhong， salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenol acid salt， low molecular heparin， etc. Conclusion There is unreasonable medication in Cardiology Department of our hospital.
