上海市普陀区2014年户籍人口死亡监测分析 　　摘 要 目的：了解目前上海市普陀区户籍居民死因现状及其规律，评价户籍居民健康状况，为疾病防治工作提供相关依据。方法：2014年普陀区9个镇、街道所有人口的死亡资料来源于普陀区疾病监测信息报告管理系统，对其资料进行统计分析。结果：2014年普陀区户籍居民总死亡率为847.24/10万，标化死亡率为554.99/10万。死因顺位前5位分别是循环系统病、肿瘤、呼吸系统病、内分泌营养代谢病和损伤中毒，共占总死亡的87.89%。肿瘤死亡造成户籍居民减寿率最多，明显高于其他死因减寿率。结论：普陀区户籍人群死亡以慢性非传染性疾病为主，已成为主要公共卫生问题，加强其防治是今后工作的重点。 　　关键词 死亡监测 死因顺位 命寿损失年 减寿率 　　中图分类号：R195 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2016）06-0040-04 　　Analysis of the death monitoring of the permanent population in Putuo District， Shanghai in 2014 　　YANG Tao， CHAO Xianjun 　　（1.Wuliqiao Community Health Service Center of Huangpu District， Shanghai 200023， China； 　　2.Putuo District Center of Disease Prevention and Control， Shanghai 200333， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To understand the current status and regularity of the causes of death of the permanent residents in Putuo District， Shanghai and evaluate their health status to provide an evidence for the prevention and treatment of disease. Methods： The mortality data of all the population of nine towns and neighborhood committees in 2014 came from Putuo District Disease Surveillance Information Report Management System and were statistically analyzed. Results： The total mortality rate of the permanent residents was 847.24/100 000 in 2014 and the standardized mortality rate 554.99/100 000. The top five causes of death were the circulatory system disease， cancer， respiratory disease， endocrine nutritional and metabolic diseases and injury and poisoning， which accounted for 87.89% of the total deaths. The average years of life lost were caused by the tumor death at the most which were significantly higher than those by other causes. Conclusion： The cause of death of the permanent population was the chronic non communicable disease in Putuo District， which has become a major public health problem， and strengthening the prevention and control is the focus of the work in the future. 　　KEYWORDS death monitoring； death cause； years of life lost； life lost rate 　　近年来疾病谱不断变化
