下腔静脉滤器置入术患者应用临床护理路径的临床效果观察 【摘要】 目的：探究下腔静脉滤器置入术患者应用临床护理路径的临床效果观察。方法：选取2011年10月-2013年10月在笔者所在医院行下腔静脉滤器置入术患者78例，按照随机数字表方法分为研究组和对照组，每组39例。对照组予传统护理，研究组予临床护理路径，分析两组临床疗效、护理满意度及治疗相关指标情况。结果：研究组治疗总有效率为92.31%，高于对照组的76.92%，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）；研究组的护理满意度为97.44%，高于比对照组的71.79%，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）；研究组的住院时间短于对照组，住院费用少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P 0.05）。结论：针对下腔静脉滤器置入术患者，予以临床护理路径，能够有效提升临床疗效和护理满意度，具有一定临床应用和研究价值。 【关键词】 下腔静脉滤器置入术； 临床护理路径； 效果 中图分类号 R473.5 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）31-0090-03 【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical observation of inferior vena cava filter placement application of clinical nursing path in patients.Method：78 cases with inferior vena cava filter placement in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2013，according to the random number table method，they were divided into the study group and the control group，39 cases in each group.The control group was given the traditional nursing， the study group was treated with clinical nursing pathway，the clinical curative effect， nursing satisfaction and treatment related indicators the situation of two groups were analyzed.Result：The total effective rate of the study group was 92.31%，which was higher than 76.92% of the control group，there was statistically significant difference（P 0.05）.The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 97.44%，which was higher than 71.79% in the control group，there was statistically significant difference（P 0.05）.The hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group ，and hospitalization expenses was less than that of the control group， the difference were statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Giving the clinical nursing path to the patients with inferior vena cava filter placement，can effectively improve the clinical curative effect and the nursing satisfaction，it has a certain value in clinical application and research. 【Key words】 Inferior vena cava filter placement； Clinical nursing pathway； Effect First-author’s address：The Central Hospital of Xuzhou，Xuzhou 221000，Chin
