中药足疗治疗55例骨质疏松症 　　摘 要 目的：观察中药足疗治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法：收集2014年10至2015年9月诊治的骨质疏松症患者110例分为治疗组和对照组各55例。两组均进行相同基础治疗，治疗组加用中药足疗，隔日1次，3个月为1个疗程，连续3个疗程；对照组加用阿仑膦酸钠片，每周1次，每次1片，连续9个月。观察两组中医症候积分和腰椎、股骨颈骨密度值的变化情况。结果：两组中医症状积分与治疗前相比均明显下降（P0.01），且治疗组降低更为明显（P0.05）。两组治疗后的定量超声T值、腰椎骨密度值和股骨颈骨密度值均较治疗前有改善（P0.05）。结论：中药足疗治疗骨质疏松症可减轻骨痛症状，提高骨密度值，疗效确切。 　　关键词 骨质疏松症 中药 足疗 　　中图分类号：R598.5 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2016）06-0037-02 　　Chinese medicine foot massage in the treatment of 55 cases of osteoporosis 　　LI Wenhua， CHU Jue 　　（Beizhan Community Health Service Center of Jingan District， Shanghai 200071， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine foot massage in the treatment of osteoporosis. Methods： One hundred and ten cases of osteoporosis diagnosed and treated from Oct. 2014 to Sept. 2015 were collected and divided into a treatment group and a control one with 55 cases each. Two groups were treated with the same basic treatment， and the treatment group was added with Chinese medicine foot massage treatment every other day， 3 months for 1 course of treatment， for 3 consecutive courses， and the control group with alendronate sodium tablet treatment， once a week， each time 1 tablet， for 9 consecutive months. The traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and changes of bone mineral density of lumbar spine and femoral neck were observed in the two groups. Results： The traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment （P0.01）， and decreased more significantly in the treatment group （P0.05）. The values of quantitative ultrasound T， lumbar BMD and femoral neck BMD in the two groups were better after the treatment than before （P0.05）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine foot massage in the treatment of osteoporosis can alleviate symptom of bone pain， and improve the bone mineral density values， whose effect is definite. 　　KEY WORDS osteoporosis； Chinese medicine； foot massage 　　骨质疏松症是以骨量减少和骨组织显微结构
