中西医结合治疗急性盆腔炎56例疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：总结中西医结合治疗急性盆腔炎的诊疗体会，以便更好地应用于临床实践。方法：笔者所在医院2014年8月-2015年4月共收治急性盆腔炎患者56例，均采用中西医结合疗法，由此进行诊断观察，并验证治疗效果。结果：56例患者均经过14 d的治疗后，痊愈53例，痊愈率为94.6%。结论：中西医结合治疗急性盆腔炎，通过调整机体平衡、清热解毒、行气止痛，疗效确切，优于单纯常规西医疗法，能够显著改善患者的中医症候，缩短临床症状消失时间，诊疗效果满意，是治疗急性盆腔炎的有效方法。 　　【关键词】 急性盆腔炎； 病情症状； 临床应用； 疗效观察； 中西医结合治疗 　　中图分类号 R711.33 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）12-0118-03 　　Clinical Observation of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of 56 Cases of Acute Pelvic Inflammatory Disease/WANG Shu-hua，WANG Xiao-wei.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（12）：118-120 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To summarize the diagnosis and treatment experience of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease，in order to better applied to clinical practice.Method：From August 2014 to April 2015，56 patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease were treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine，the diagnosis was observed，and the treatment effect was verified.Result：After 14 days of treatment，in 56 cases，53 cases were cured，the cure rate was 94.6%.Conclusion：Combined with Western medicine treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease，by adjusting the body balance，clearing heat and detoxification，gas pain，the efficacy is better than conventional Western medicine treatment，can significantly improve the patients’ TCM syndrome，shorten the time of clinical symptoms disappeared，and achieve satisfactory results，is an effective method for the treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease. 　　【Key words】 Acute pelvic inflammatory disease； Symptoms of illness； Clinical application； Observation of curative effect； Treatment of integrated Chinese and Western medicine 　　First-author’s address：Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Yantai 264002，China 　　doi：10.14033/ki.cfmr.2016.12.064 　　良性前列腺增生为老年男性常见病，目前经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）为其手术治疗的金标准，随着医学激光技术的发展，绿激光气化术治疗前列腺增生具有出血少、切割精确、恢复快、并发症发生率低等特点。笔者所在医院2014年11月-2015年7月应用160 W绿激光治疗BPH患者59例
