健康管理信息系统在脑卒中患者社区康复中的应用研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨健康管理信息系统在脑卒中患者社区康复中的应用效果。方法：抽样选取2014年1-12月本社区脑卒中患者60例作为研究对象，将其分为研究组与对照组，每组30例。两组均进行规范化社区康复，研究组在此基础上，应用健康管理信息系统对患者康复过程进行连续个体化管理。两组患者均于研究开始时和3个月结束时，通过改良Barthel指数（MBI）和脑卒中康复知识问卷对患者的日常生活活动能力及康复知识掌握情况进行评价。结果：管理3个月后，两组MBI和脑卒中康复知识掌握率均高于管理前，且研究组优于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：健康管理信息系统应用于社区康复，可有效改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的康复效果，提高患者康复知识水平。 　　【关键词】 脑卒中； 社区康复； 信息系统 　　Application of Health Management Information System in Community Rehabilitation for Stroke Patients/HUANG Qun，ZHOU Yan-fen.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（10）：112-115 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of health management information system in community rehabilitation for stroke patients.Method：60 patients with stroke in our community from January to December 2014 were randomly selected as the research objects，they were divided into the study group and the control group，each group had 30 cases.Standardized treatment was given to both groups while the study group received continuous and effective management with health management information system.The activities of daily living and the master situation of rehabilitation knowledge of the two groups were assessed with Modified Barthel Index（MBI） and stroke questionnaire at the start of the study and at the end of 3 months.Result：The MBI and the master rate of stroke rehabilitation knowledge of the two groups were significantly improved after 3 months of community rehabilitation，and the indexes above of the study group were better than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The application of health management information system for community rehabilitation can effectively improve the rehabilitation efficacy and rehabilitation knowledge level of patients with hemiplegia after stroke. 　　【Key words】 Stroke； Rehabilitation community； Information system 　　First-author’s address：Futian District People’s Hospital of Shenzhen City，Shenzhen 518000，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4
