内镜与经脐单孔腹腔镜联合技术切除消化道肿瘤 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨内镜与经脐单孔腹腔镜联合技术切除消化道肿瘤的可行性、安全性及有效性，探索一条内、外科技术联合微创技术治疗消化道肿瘤的新途径。方法：选取2012年5月-2015年5月于本院进行手术的消化道肿瘤患者180例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将所选患者分为观察组和对照组，每组90例，观察组实行内镜与单孔腹腔镜联合技术切除消化道肿瘤，对照组治疗包含多孔腹腔镜和开腹手术，观察比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、总住院时间、术后满意度以及术后相关并发症的发生情况等。结果：观察组手术时间、术中出血量、总住院时间及术后满意度均优于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.01）；观察组总并发症发生率明显高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：内镜与经脐单孔腹腔镜联合技术切除消化道肿瘤有效、安全，不仅可以保持美观而且术后恢复快。 　　【关键词】 内镜与经脐单孔腹腔镜联合技术； 消化道肿瘤； 微创； 并发症 　　Endoscopy and Transumbilical Single-arch Laparoscopic Joint Technology in Removing Digestive Tract Tumors/HU Lan-zhen，ZHU Sheng-cong.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（10）：037-040 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the feasibility，safety and effectiveness of resection of digestive tract tumors with endoscope combine with transumbilical single-arch laparoscopic，and to explore a new approach of internal medicine，surgical combined with minimally invasive techniques for the treatment of digestive tract tumors.Method：180 patients with operation for digestive tract tumors in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group，with each group 90 cases.Patients in the observation group were treated with endoscope combined with transumbilical，while patients in the control group were treated with porous laparoscopic or laparotomy.The operation time，intraoperative blood loss，total length of hospital stays，postoperative satisfaction and the incidence of postoperative complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Result：The operation time，intraoperatve blood loss，total length of hospital stays，postoperative satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.01）.The total incidence rate of complications of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Endoscope combined with transumbilical single-arch la
