医院感染监测管理持续改进效果 　　[摘要] 目的 通过医院感染管理方式的改变，医院感染管理整体水平提升。 方法 针对2010年1月～2014年12月医院感染监测中存在问题，将全面质量管理（TQM）、PDCA管理方法应用于医院感染监测管理中，采取一系列医院感染管理干预措施。 结果 建立完善了三级医院感染管理体系，医务人员医院感染防控意识不断提高；医院感染率由3.4%降至1.5%。医院感染病例标本送检率由10%提高至89.7%，治疗前抗菌药物送检率由52.5%提高至71.0%。 结论通过将管理学的方法应用到医院感染监测中使医院感染监测达到各项工作有标准、岗位有遵循、行为有监督、运行有机制，医院感染管理防控能力整体提升。 　　[关键词] 医院感染；监测；管理；效果 　　[中图分类号] R197.3 [文献标识码] C [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）28-0118-04 　　The continuous improvement effect of nosocomial infection surveillance and management 　　WEI Aiqin DAI Xuelian 　　Infection Management Department， the Second Peoples Hospital of Karamay City in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region， Karamay 834009， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To enhance the overall level of nosocomial infection management by changing management methods. Methods Aimed at problems existing in nosocomial infection surveillance from January 2010 to December 2014，total quality management（TQM） and PDCA management method were applied to the nosocomial infection surveillance and management， and a series of nosocomial infection management interventions were taken. Results The infection management system of tertiary hospital was established and improved，and the awareness of nosocomial infection prevention and control of medical personnel was enhanced continuously. The nosocomial infection rate dropped from 3.4% to 1.5%. The specimen submission rate of nosocomial infection cases increased from 10% to 89.7%， and the antibacterial drug delivery rate before treatment increased from 52.5% to 71.0%.
