妇科手术后早期炎性肠梗阻60例诊治分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨中西药结合治疗妇科手术后早期炎性肠梗阻的效果。方法 妇科手术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者60例根据随机抽签原则分为治疗组与对照组各30例，对照组给予西药基础治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予自拟（批号：H209391113）中药汤治疗，均治疗7 d。结果 治疗后治疗组的有效率为96.7%，对照组的为80.0%，治疗组的有效率经χ2检验对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗组的腹胀缓解时间、肠鸣音恢复时间与排气恢复时间明显少于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 妇科手术后早期炎性肠梗阻采用中西药结合治疗能有效缓解症状，从而促进临床疗效的提高，值得推广应用。 　　[关键词] 妇科手术；术后早期炎性肠梗阻；中西药结合治疗 　　[中图分类号] R656.7 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）05（c）-0014-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effects of early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction after the gynecological surgery by the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment. Methods 60 patients with early inflammatory small bowel obstruction after the gynecological surgery were equally divided into treatment group（n=34） and control group（n=34） based on the principle of a random draw： the control group were given basic Western medicine treatment， while the treatment group received combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment ， both for 7 days. Results After treatment， the effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 96.7% and 80.0%， respectively， and the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group by chi-square test（P0.05）. The bloating relief time， recovery time of bowel sounds and exhaust recovery time of the treatment group were significantly less than that of the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of early inflammatory small bowel obstruction after the gynecological surgery can effectively relieve symptoms and improve the clinical efficacy， so it should be widely applied. 　　[Key words] Gynecological surgery； Early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction； Combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment 　　术后早期炎性肠梗阻在妇科手术中比较常见，系肠襻间相互粘连、炎症渗出致肠蠕动障碍、肠壁水肿、肠腔有机械性的不畅的粘连性肠梗阻[1-2]。研究显示术后早期肠梗阻约占术后肠梗阻的10%～20%，其中绝大多数是炎性肠梗阻[3]。手术为本病的禁忌证，盲目进行手术治疗不仅不能消除梗阻症状，还可能引起严重的术后并发症[4]。妇科手术后早期炎性肠梗阻可归为祖国医学的“腹痛”、“肠结”、“关格”等范畴
