经颅超声溶栓联合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗急性脑梗死的临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨经颅超声溶栓联合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。 方法 选取2012年1月～2014年6月于我院确诊的病程为6～12 h的120例急性脑梗死患者，将不同意经颅超声溶栓联合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗的患者56例作为对照组，只接受常规西药治疗；同意经颅超声溶栓联合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗的患者64例作为治疗组，在接受常规西药治疗的基础上加用经颅超声溶栓联合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后全血黏度、血浆黏度、血小板聚集率、红细胞压积等指标，及NIHSS评分及疗效。 结果 治疗组临床疗效优于对照组，血液流变学及NIHSS评分亦优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均0.05）。 结论 经颅超声溶栓联合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗能够显著提高急性脑梗死的疗效，改善血液流变学状态，有较好的应用前景。 　　[关键词] 急性脑梗死；经颅超声溶栓；醒脑开窍针刺法 　　[中图分类号] R743.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）11-0075-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of transcranial ultrasound thrombolysis combined with Xingnaokaiqiao （XNKQ） acupuncture in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 120 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly selected from January 2012 to June 2014 in the course of our hospital diagnosed 6 to 12 h， in which 56 cases did not agree treated with transcranial ultrasound thrombolysis combine with XNKQ acupuncture as control group， they only accepted conventional western medicine； 64 cases agreed transcranial ultrasound thrombolysis combine with XNKQ acupuncture were as treatment group. The treatment group received transcranial ultrasound thrombolysis combined with XNKQ acupuncture treatment based on the conventional western medicine. Then the whole blood viscosity， plasma viscosity， platelet aggregation， hematocrit and other indicators were measured in two groups of patients before and after treatment， the NIHSS scores and efficacy were compared between two groups. Results The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than control group， blood rheology and NIHSS scores were superior than the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion The transcranial ultrasound thrombolysis combined with XNKQ acupuncture treatment can significantly improve the efficacy of the treatment of acute cerebral infarction， improve blood rheology state， which has good prospect. 　　[Key words] Acute cerebral infarction； Transcrani
