血液净化对烧伤脓毒症患者的作用 　　【摘要】 目的：观察血液净化对烧伤脓毒症患者的临床治疗效果，探讨对血液净化的有效性与安全性。方法：随机抽取本院2013年10月-2014年10月入院接受治疗的50例重度烧伤脓毒症患者，将50例患者分成治疗组和观察组，治疗组25例患者使用血液净化治疗，观察组25例患者使用临床常规治疗，比较两组患者的生命体征与临床疗效。结果：治疗组患者的转归与预后情况相比观察组，效果良好，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组患者治疗后的血清水平相比治疗前均有一定程度的降低，但是观察组降低程度相比治疗前差异不存在统计学意义，治疗组治疗后的降低水平相比治疗前有明显降低，比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗组效果优于观察组。结论：血液净化技术对改善脏器功能方面有良好作用，且其能够改善患者的血流动力学指标，降低因为烧伤而并发的脓毒症病情严重程度，因此能够实现改善烧伤脓毒症患者的不良应激反应，属于一项有效的治疗手段，临床治疗过程中此项方式可大力推广。 　　【关键词】 血液净化； 烧伤脓毒症； 治疗效果 　　Blood Purification of Burn Sepsis Patients/XIE Chang-fei， TAO Yun-ming.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（10）：004-006 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe blood purification treatment of burn patients with sepsis， make a brief discussion of blood purification of efficacy and safety.Method：To select 50 hospitalized patients with severe sepsis burn in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014， they were randomly divided into treatment group and observation group.The treatment group was treated with blood purification therapy， while the observer group was treated with routine clinical treatment.To compare vital signs and clinical efficacy of the two groups.Result：Comparing outcome and prognosis of the treatment group with the observation group， the former showed good effect， the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Serum levels of the two groups after treatment were compared to those before treatment， the result turned out to be a certain degree of reduction， but the observation group showed minimized statistically significant compared to the previous treatment.The reduced level of post-treatment group was significantly lower compared to pre-treatment， the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Comparison between the two groups， the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the observation group， the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion：Blood purification technology to improve organ function has a good effect.And it can improve the hemodynami
