Nevertheless, the existence of national systems and cultural boundaries do not make this world a borderless world. Generally, in the business process in the host country, Multi-national enterprise encounter the problem that local enterprises do not experience, and Multi-national enterprise need to pay the additional costs.Some studies suggest that when multi-national enterprise conducting cross-border operation, it will face the Liability of foreignness that does not exist when operating in home country. The so-called Liability of foreignness is the competitive disadvantage caused by the additional costs generated from operations outside the home country.In the global strategy,the biggest challenges that companies faced is the Liability of foreignness.
