摘要及关键词 随着社会经济的飞速发展，城乡居民生活水平不断提高，生活条件不断改善，相应配套的公共建筑，居住建筑，生产厂房等建筑越来越多，建筑工地，装修工程与日俱增的新型材料，新型结构，新技术也广泛应用与现代建筑中，建筑施工现场也随之出现了新的安全问题和隐患，如不清楚的认识或者不加以监督整改，一旦发生事故，后果将不堪设想。因此，加强施工现场的安全，迫在眉睫，势在必行。 在对技术工人和工程管理人员的施工安全培训问题上，现有培训机制也不健全，很多工地上的工人和管理人员根本就没有进行过安全培训和安全技术交底工作，就直接上岗。在采访中发现，有许多技术工人和管理人员相当缺乏施工安全知识，其中甚至还包括某些工程的监理人员。主要表现在进入工地施工现场，工人不佩戴安全帽和高空作业时，不佩戴安全带，进入施工现场抽烟，随意走动等等。 《建设工程安全生产管理条例》已经颁布施行，加强对技术工人和工程管理人员的安全知识培训应当成为施工单位的当务之急，假如一个技术工人在自己从事的职业中，连如何保护自己都不知道，那么后果将是不敢想象。一个工程管理人员在施工现场不能及时的发现安全隐患加以预防，对违章作业，违章指挥熟视无睹，这样的工地不出事时偶然，而出事才是必然。如果这一层面的工地骨干在施工安全方面不能以身作则，严己律人，不起好带头作用，那么，又怎么去要求更多的工人呢。 关键词：现场施工，现场管理，安全，技术，材料，人员，设备 Abstract and Key Words With the rapid socio-economic development, urban and rural residents rising living standards and living conditions continue to improve, corresponding sets of public buildings, residential buildings, manufacturing plants and other buildings, more and more construction sites, renovation growing new materials, new structures the new technology is also widely used in modern building construction site also will be the emergence of new security issues and risks, such as unclear or does not know to supervise the rectification, in the event of an accident, the consequences would be disastrous.
