This thesis analyzes the application of several organization modes in the construction project supervision department, the use of Bruce Tuchman’s Stages of Team Development Model analysis to make the construction of construction project supervision department be the step that the team must go through, the application of Jesse - Blanchard Leadership Model to analyze how to make the construction project supervision department’s leadership behavior be more efficient, explains how to communicate clearly internal the construction project supervision department and clarify the application of Maslows hierarchy of needs in the Incentive Management of construction project supervision department. In such areas of organization modes、Team Development Model、Leadership Model、communication、Incentive Management as discussed, it points out the direction on how to establish a high-efficient organization of construction project supervision department.
