PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT8 建设社会主义生态文明——落实科学发展观、构建和谐社会  摘要：人与自然的协调发展将促进社会和谐。构建和谐社会不仅是要实现人与人之间的良性互动，还要实现人与自然的良性循环。对于我国来说，建设中国特色社会主义，必须建立符合社会发展要求的文明形态。建设生态文明，是践行科学发展观的内在要求，是建设和谐社会的基础和保障。是落实科学发展观、构建和谐社会的前提与基础，是实现“全面、协调、可持续发展”的必然要求。 关键词：科学发展观；和谐社会；生态文明 Abstract：Harmonious development of man and nature will promote social harmony. Building a harmonious society is not only to achieve the positive interaction between people, between man and nature but also to achieve a virtuous circle. For my country, the construction of ecological civilization, is to implement the scientific development concept, the premise of building a harmonious society and the foundation is to achieve a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development imperative. 2007 Report of the Seventeenth Party Congress will build an ecological civilization as building a moderately prosperous society in the new requirements, proposed: To build an ecological civilization, basically to save energy resources and protect the ecological environment of the industrial structure, growth, consumption patterns, the formation of large-scale circular economy, the proportion of renewable energy increased significantly; discharge of major pollutants under effective control, environmental quality improved significantly; the concept of ecological civilization firmly establish in the whole society. ecological civilization, is to thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development, building a moderately prosperous society in an inevitable requirement and major tasks for the protection of ecological environment and realize sustainable development and further pointed out the direction.
