The plan should itemize parts and systems to be inspected, inspection frequency, and who is responsible. Schedules should be based on manufacturers recommendations and Preventive maintenance checklist for safety system (Attachment 1). 6.1.2 All inspections should be recorded, including conditions found and corrective measures to be taken. 6.2 Maintenance 6.2.1 Facilities must develop preventive maintenance procedure including safe work practice, maintain preventive maintenance schedules for each piece of equipment and machinery tha
