安徽省六安市老龄科研基地情况汇报 中国老龄科研中心六安基地于2008年5月15日中国老龄科研中心主任张恺悌、副主任郭平，安徽省老龄办专职副主任候世标，市委常委、常务副市长张祥安，市老龄委常务副主任吕焕章、副主任张家胜等领导出席授牌仪式。为正处级依照公务员管理的市政府直属事业单位。办公室内设综合科、权益科2个科室，编制5名，其中行政编制1名，事业编制4名,处级领导职数2名，科级职数2名。7月’等老龄科研课题，市老龄办主任宋飞多次应邀为市政协、市财政局等相关单位作专题讲座，受到一致好评。此外，结合六安老龄科研基地负责人是政协委员的优势，积极通过人大和政协会议向国家、省、市提出建议，形成调研报告和论文70余份，并以此为基础形成涉老议案、提案共40份。市老龄办主任宋飞作为老龄科研基地负责人先后应邀出席第六届和第八届亚大地区老年学大会、中国老年学学术高峰论坛、第三届海峡两岸老龄福祉研讨会中国与澳大利亚老年社会保障和社会政策研讨会中国老龄科研中心《老龄问题研究》编辑部我市调研农村空巢老人状况了解农村空巢家庭老人生活状况及存在问题，总结帮扶空巢家庭老年人的经验做法，研究探讨对策措施中国老龄科研中心“经济社会快速发展过程中的老龄化”专题调研组我市农村开展入户调研工作出台了《关于进一步加强老龄工作的意见》、《关于加快发展养老服务业和加强老年人优待工作的实施意见》、《关于推进居家养老服务工作的意见》等惠老政策 Learn General Secretary on two to learn a strengthening four Consciousnesses important speech caused a strong reaction in the country. 　　Time, watching red treasure, the origin of building the party back to power, how to strengthen services for the masses, improve party cohesion, fighting to become the grass-roots party members and masses hot topic.
