南京林业大学 本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目：学生公寓钻孔灌注桩 施工组织设计 学 院： 南方学院 专 业： 建筑工程 学 号： n080607117 学生姓名： 指导教师： 职 称： 高级工程师 二O一二年五月二十五日 [摘 要] 钻孔灌注桩是施工中最常见的施工工艺，也是建筑结构中最重要的组成结构，它的施工直接影响到整个工程的工期与成本，结构的安全与稳定。由于桩的施工有高度的隐蔽性，而影响桩基工程的因素又多，特别是钻孔桩的施工质量具有很多的不确定性因素，故在施工过程中容易出现施工故障与质量隐患。桩基的工程质量问题将直接危及主体结构的正常使用与安全，因此，加强桩基-施工过程中的质量控制，对确保整个工程的质量与安全具有重要意义。 本毕业设计将许多专业知识运用到实际工程施工中，使大学所学的专业知识有了一个融会贯通的过程，可以说是四年学习的总结。 [关键词] 钻孔灌注桩 岩土工程勘察 施工技术 施工难点分析 [Abstract] Bored pile is the most common construction craft in the construction. It also is the most important composition structure in the building structure. It is construction directly affect the construction period and cost of the whole project, the safety and stability of the structure. Due to the pile construction has a high degree of concealment, and there are many factors influence project of the pile, especially the construction quality of bored pile has a lot of uncertainty factors. So it is easy to appear construction fault and Quality problems in the construction process. The engineering quality problems of pile foundation will directly endanger the normal use and safety of the main structure. Therefore，strengthen the quality control in the pile foundation construction process will has great significance in ensuring the engineering quality and safety. The graduation design will apply many professional knowledge to the actual engineering construction，it is the conclusion of the major knowledge we learn in the university.
