一、促销活动背景项目处于尾盘销售阶段, 剩余房源主要是。目标客户群体以庆祝全面封顶为由头做一次促销活动,争取最大程度的完成销售集中赢,送大礼
2、促销:老客户介绍新客户奖励
活动方案:
凡介绍新客户购买上城国际剩余房源28层以上户型的老客户, 可享受到4000元的肥城商场购物卡奖励。奖励标准以新客户签订购房合同为依据,每一位老客户可多次介绍。
3、促销:团购风暴
活动方案:
1)自 201 年 月 日起,在的客户,两户 团购可以享受 1%优惠, 以后每增加一户优惠幅度增加 0.5%,即 3 个客 户优惠 1.5%,4 个优惠 2%,5 个优惠 2.5%,6 个 3%,最高优惠不超过 3%。优惠标准: 团购客户定房时间可以有先后, 但是必须在规定的 7 天时间内签合同不能在 7 天内付款的,需写出书面申请,写明原因及最后付款期限,自定房之日起 7 日后即不能再参加团购;团购户数中间如有人退房,则按照退房后户数计算集中赢,送大礼
