摘 要 受到地方院校扩招政策的影响，各地方院校都面临着原有校区及设备不能满足现实情况的需求。而在地方院校建设中，需要大量资金，因此，如何有效地筹集资金成为地方院校在建设新校区中最重要的问题之一。为很好解决这一问题，各地方院校对筹融资渠道的研究十分重视，也有不少学者在此问题上进行深入研究，主要是通过对传统筹融资渠道的分析，找到其优势和不足，同时根据建立筹融资渠道的原则，在原有基础上发展新的渠道。所创新的渠道，是依据现实情况，结合传统渠道的优势，再吸收目前其他国内外地方院校成功筹集资金的相关经验，由此建立的新筹资渠道可以保证地方院校能够获得需要的资金，也能够促进地方院校的健康稳定发展。本文从理论上探析各地地方院校基本建设项目融资案例的操作思路、特点以及其融资成功的基础，分析地方院校基本建设项目融资中各种模式的优势、缺点及风险，并对在地方院校基本建设融资中存在问题与相应对策进行了阐述。最后，并就如何进一步做好地方院校基本建设融资提出一些思路与设想。希望能为地方院校如何利用社会资源进行办学体制的创新，从而提高办学效益和办学的质量提供思路。 关键词：地方院校；建设项目；融资；案例 Abstract Affected by the policy of university enrollment, colleges and universities are faced with the original campus and equipment can not meet the needs of the reality of the situation.
