SHL测评 SH是全球权威人才测评内容提供商。现在一些外资企业和大型企业在招聘时已开始使用SHL的测评工具。 SHL题型 SHL测评分为两部分:数字能力测试,是与商业活动相关的数学计算。文字能力测试,就是阅读理解。题目本身并不难,关键是理解英文题目,以及以0.5-1分钟一题的速度完成测试。有机考和卷考二种方式。 1、Numerical Test In this test, you have to use facts and figures presented in statistical tables to answer the questions. In each question, you are given five options from which to choose. One, and only one, of the options is correct in each case. You may use a calculator for the following questions. In addition, you can use rough paper for your working out. 2、Verbal Test In this test, you are given several passages, each of which is followed by several statements. The test has 36 questions and you will have 18 minutes to do them.
