山东源源矿业矿山初步设计——开拓专题 摘要： 本次毕业设计是依据山东理工大学资源与环境工程学院矿物资源专业毕业设计任务书，对山东源源矿业的采矿方法进行设计。设计主要是对Ⅲ号矿体进行的，通过实地参观实习，对该矿的地质资料、经济技术条件有了一定的了解。该矿矿体长度1790米，矿体走向308°～°，矿体平均垂直厚度4.8米，平均倾角58～66°，属于急倾斜矿体。矿石品位较低，TFe平均品位32.67%，mFe平均品位22.34%。该矿山保有资源量为1197.6万t，设计储量860万t，设计年生产能力为50万，日生产能力280吨。设计采用竖井与斜井联合开拓系统，分段凿岩阶段矿房法和留矿法，铲运机出矿，机械抽出式通风，进风井和出风井采用中央边界式布置，并采用折返式井底车场。 本次设计的内容主要包括总论、技术经济、矿山地质、开拓系统、采矿方法设计、矿山机械、环境保护及矿山安全和投资概算九个部分，本次设计的重点是开拓专题。 关键词：采矿方法，分段凿岩阶段矿房法，留矿法，铲运机，开拓系统，井底车场 ，矿井通风 Abstract This graduation project is rests on the project-description of the Shandong University of Technology and resources and the environment engineering college mineral resources specialized graduation project, to the opencast method Shandong Yuanyuan mining The design mainly is carried on the No.3 mineral body. Through visits on the spot inspects the practice, to this ore geological data, the economical engineering factor had the certain understanding.The length of ore is 1790m, the running is 308°～°，the thickness of average vertical of industry ore body is 4.8m, an average inclination of ore body: 58-66°, it is a steep dip mineral body. The geological reserve of the ore deposit istons, the designed reserve is 8600000 tons. It is a low-grade metallic ore deposit, Tfe: 32.67%，mFe: 22.34%. The designing production ability is 500,000 tons per year，designed the output ability is 280t/ d.
