大型客运枢纽交通组织方案评价研究摘 要 大型客运枢纽是国家和地区交通运输系统的重要组成部分，是不同运输方式的交通网路相邻路径的交汇点，具有运输组织、中转、信息服务以及其他服务功能的综合性设施。大型客运枢纽交通组织关系到整个交通网络的运行效率，是交通组织研究的重要方面。因此，研究大型客运枢纽交通组织方案评价对提高跨区域间、大中小城市间及城市内部间运输效率和管理水平，以及满足乘客交通需求等具有重要的意义。 论文从大型交通枢纽的内涵入手，分析了枢纽系统组成和功能，并提出了交通组织的内涵，从车流和客流两个方面对枢纽交通组织进行阐述；其次，根据评价指标选取的原则和方法，建立了枢纽交通组织的评价指标体系，介绍了相关评价方法，从车流交通组织、客流交通组织和枢纽设施水平三个方面，运用模糊综合评价法对枢纽交通组织水平进行评价；然后，阐述了基础数据的调查内容和方法，分析了调查实施过程；最后，运用本文理论研究成果，结合西安火车站进行实证分析。 关键词：大型客运枢纽；交通组织；交通调查；评价 Abstract Large passenger traffic hub is the important constituent of a country or a region transportation system, and it is the traffic network adjacent path interaction point of different modes of transportation. It is a comprehensive facility which has transport organization, transit, information services, as well as other service functions. Large passenger traffic hub organizations related to the operation efficiency of the entire transport network, that is an important aspect of transportation organization research. Therefore, the study of large passenger transport hub is of great significance to improve the efficiency of urban transport system and enhance the level of inter-regional, medium and small cities and inter-cities’ passenger traffic services in order to meet the traffic demand of passengers. The paper starting from the connotation of large traffic hub, analyses the composition and function of the hub system. It also puts forth the connotation of transport organizations, and expounds the organization of a hub from the aspects of traffic and passenger. Next, based on electing the evaluation indicators principles and methods, the paper establishes the evaluation index system of the hub transport organization, and it introduces the related evaluation methods. From the aspects of traffic flow organization, passenger organization and the level of the hub facilities, the paper evaluates the level of traffic organization by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
