无痛人流术应用健康教育对患者心率和满意度及不良情绪影响观察 摘要：目的 通过于无痛人流术患者中应用健康教育来观察其应用效果，以保障无痛人流手术患者手术顺利进行及生命安全。方法 选取本院800例拟行无痛人流术患者按照护理方法不同分组为对照组与健康教育组，分别为400例。对照组给予患者常规护理；健康教育组于对照组护理基础上实施健康教育。比较2组护理干预前、后心理状态变化、干预前及干预后(术前5min)心率及血压变化、术后不同时点疼痛评分、并发症、护理满意度情况。结果 2组患者干预后心率及血压与干预前比较(P0.05)，且2组间比较(P0.05)。但2组干预后焦虑评分及不同时点疼痛评分(VAS)较干预前明显下降，但健康教育组较对照组下降更为显著(P0.05)。健康教育组并发症12例，3.00%明显低于对照组67例，16.75%(P0.05)。健康教育组患者护理满意度为96.75%(387/400)明显高于对照组80.25%(321/400)(P0.05)。结论 应用健康教育课有效维持患者生命体征平稳，同时减轻患者焦虑情绪及术后并发症发生，从而减轻患者术后疼痛，促进手术顺利进行，最终提高患者护理满意度。 关键词：健康教育；无痛人流；不良情绪；心率；满意度 Painless abortion application of health education on heart rate and patient satisfaction and adverse emotional effects observed Abstract：objective Through the application of health education in patients with painless abortion to observe their application results in order to protect the surgery painless surgery carried out smoothly and life safety.Methods Select the hospital 800 cases of patients who underwent surgery painless different groups for the control group and the health education group were 400 cases in accordance with the methods of care.
