摘 要 施工组织设计是规划和指导拟建工程从施工准备到竣工验收全过程的技术经济文件。它是施工前的一项重要准备工作，也是施工企业实现生产科学管理的重要手段。它既要体现拟建工程的设计和使用要求，又要符合建筑施工的客观规律，对施工的全过程起全局部署和统一安排的作用。 本施工组织设计是针对嘉悦新城30#－33#楼工程施工的纲领性文件。编制时对项目管理机构设置、施工总体部署、施工准备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、工程质量保证措施、安全及文明施工措施、施工现场管理措施等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑，突出科学性、适用性及针对性，是确保优质、低耗、安全、文明、高速完成全部施工任务的重要经济技术文件。 关键词：建筑工程；施工组织；施工管理Abstract The construction organization design is constructs the construction organizations core and the soul, is conceives to the engineering construction project entire process idea with the concrete arrangement, uses for to instruct construction item entire process each activity the technology, the economical and organizations comprehensive document.
