鼻内镜下单纯鼻底开窗术治疗上颌骨囊肿的临床研究 　　摘要：目的 研究鼻内镜下单纯鼻底开窗术在上颌骨囊肿中的临床应用价值。方法 选取我院在2013年1月～2014年1月收治的68例鼻内镜下行单纯鼻底开窗术患者的临床资料，所有患者经穿刺细胞学检查或CT检查，确诊为上颌骨囊肿疾病，随机将患者平分为两组，每组各34例病例，观察组于鼻内镜下，实施单纯鼻底开窗术治疗，对照组采用常规外科手术刮除治疗，经半年随访，比较两组患者的疾病复发与并发症情况。结果 ①经随访得知，观察组中无患者疾病复发，对照组中有6例疾病复发病例，复发率为17.6%，观察组疾病复发率低于对照组，对比具有统计学意义（P0.05）；②观察组中有1例并发症病例，并发症率为2.9%；对照组中有6例并发症病例，并发症率为17.6%。观察组并发症率明显低于对照组，对比具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 鼻内镜下对患者行鼻底开窗术治疗，可以使手术操作更加简单，取得较好的疗效，改善患者疾病症状，值得临床推广应用。 　　关键词：鼻内镜；鼻底开窗术；上颌骨囊肿 　　Abstract：Objective To study the endoscopic nasal base on simple fenestration of maxillary cyst of the value of clinical application. Methods In our hospital in 2013 January to 2014 January admitted 68 cases of nasal endoscopy clinical data only nasal floor fenestration were， all the patients underwent aspiration cytology or CT examination， diagnosed with maxillary cystic disease， patients were randomly divided into two groups， each group 34 cases， the observation group in nasal endoscope next， the implementation of simple nasal floor fenestration in the treatment， the control group using conventional surgical operation scraping therapy， after half year follow-up， compared two groups of patients with disease recurrence and complications. Results After the follow-up that，in patients without recurrence of the disease in the observation group， 6 cases of recurrence of the disease cases in the control group， the recurrence rate was 17.6%， the observation group ofdisease recurrence rate lower than the control group， with statistical significance （P0.05）contrast. There were 1 cases of complications were observed in the group， complication rate was 2.9%； 6 cases of complications in the control group， the complication rate was 17.6%. Complications in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group， with statistical significance（P0.05） contrast.
