50例慢性前列腺炎患者心身症状的对照分析 【摘要】 目的：研究慢性前列腺炎患者心身症状特点和对生活质量的影响。方法：对50名门诊前列腺炎患者用症状自评量表进行调查。结果：慢性前列腺炎患者SCL—90得分与对照组有显著差异，高于对照组，且文化程度较高、病程较长、中年患者得分显著高于其他患者。结论：慢性前列腺炎患者的心身症状对其生活质量有较大影响，应当重视心理治疗。 【关键词】 慢性前列腺炎 心身症状 SCL—90 Abstract： Objective: To investingate the psychosomatic symptoms and their influences on quality of life in chronic prostatitis. Method: The symptoms checklist 90were administered to 50 patients with chronic prostatitis in hospital. Result: The scores of SCL—90 of the patients got higher scores than the normal controls, with
