脑营养药对儿童孤独症疗效的影响观察 　　[摘要] 目的 观察脑营养药（注射用鼠神经生长因子）对2～6岁孤独症儿童治疗效果的影响。 方法 选择30例2～6岁孤独症儿童作为观察组，给予综合康复治疗+脑营养药1～3个疗程，选择对照组30例，仅给予综合康复治疗。根据孤独症儿童行为检查量表（ABC）和儿童孤独症评定量表（CARS）在治疗前后的得分改善情况评估疗效，通过两组的区别来观察脑营养药治疗是否会使儿童孤独症的疗效提高。 结果 观察组和对照组治疗后3大孤独症核心症状都有不同程度改善。两组治疗后ABC和CARS的分数较治疗前都明显下降，差异有统计学意义；观察组治疗后的ABC、CARS的评分降低情况较对照组大，两组差异有统计学意义。 结论 脑营养药会增加儿童孤独症的治疗效果，值得推广和进一步研究。 　　[关键词] 脑营养药；注射用鼠神经生长因子；综合治疗；儿童孤独症 　　[中图分类号] R749.94 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）07（a）-0066-03 　　Observation on the influence of brain nutritional medicine on curative effect for childhood autism 　　QIU Jiu-jun GONG Jian-hua LI Dong 　　Department of Child Care，Luohu District Maternal and Child Care Hospital of Shenzhen City，Shenzhen 518019，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the influence of brain nutritional medicine （mouse nerve growth factor for injection） on the curative effect for 2 to 6 year-old children with autism.Methods Thirty 2 to 6 year-old children with autism were selected as the observation group and given comprehensive rehabilitation therapy+brain nutritional medicine for 1-3 treatment courses；Thirty 2 to 6 year-old children with autism were selected as the control group and given only comprehensive rehabilitation therapy.The curative effect was evaluated according to the improvement of autism behavior checklist （ABC） and childhood autism rating scale （CARS）；The influence of brain nutritional medicine on the curative effect for childhood autism was observed through the differences between the two groups.Results The three major symptoms of autism of both the observation group and the control group had varying degrees of improvement after the treatment.The ABC and CARS scores of both groups reduced significantly after the treatment compared to those before the treatment，with significant differences；After the treatment，the ABC and CARS scores of the observation group decreased more largely than those of the control group，with significant differences.Conclusion Brain nutritional medicine may inc
