My Childhood I’d like to tell you something about my childhood. When I was six years old, I was a lovely girl! One day, my father saw some fish in the river, so he asked me, “Why can fish only live in water?” I thought about it, then I gave him the answer, “Because there are some cats on the bank.” My father laughed when he heard that. Then he said, “You are smart!” I was happy to hear that. Maybe you will say, “It’s a funny answer.” Now, I think, it is very interesting. And now I am smart. My parents love me very much. I am so happy to have that childhood. Gone are the days of my childhood, yet, i could not stop myself from recalling those sweet memories. I grew up in the countryside. Life was plain and simple. Indeed, we did not enjoy the luxury of modern technology. However, we, as children had our own share of fun.I remembered that i would often gather a few of my friends and we would walk to a small pond near the village outskirt. There, we could always find bountiful rewards to bring home with. On a bright sunny day, we would just run around without our shoes on the green pasture.Life was full of such pleasures then. My experience in childhood!
