毕业设计（论文）说明书题目：双耳垫片冲孔、落料复合模设计系别：机械工程系专业：过程装备与控制工程学生姓名：郝赟程学号：导教师姓名：朱春熙指导教师单位：机械工程系题目类型：理论研究实验研究工程设计工程技术研究软件开发 2015年5月1日摘要随着现代科技的飞速发展，模具冲压加工技术被广泛应用于金属加工。它具有操作简单、生产效率高和制件精度高等一系列优点，且适于大批量生产。此次毕业设计根据确定冲裁件形状进行冲裁工艺的分析及设计，从而得到冲裁件的加工方案，再根据冲裁件尺寸和冲裁方案确定凸、凹模及其相关零件的结构参数，并由此最终确定级进模的结构。根据设计好的级进模结构选择模架及所需标准零件，最终完成模具的设计。设计结束后，用AutoCAD软件完成模具零件图和装配图的绘制，并用ProE软件完成模具的三维模型。本次毕业设计还独立完成与专业相关且约5000字符的英文文献翻译。通过本次毕业设计，我系统的学习到并且掌握了模具设计的知识和冲压加工的编制技术。关键词：设计；工艺分析；冲压模具；结构计算；级进模AbstractWith the rapid development of modern science and technology, die stamping technology is widely used in metal processing.It has the advantages of simple operation, high production efficiency and higher accuracy with a series of advantages, and is suitable for mass production.This graduation design is determined according to the blanking shape analysis and design of blanking process, so as to get the processing scheme of blanking, punching parts according to the size and blanking scheme to determine the structure parameters of punch and die and related parts, and ultimately determine the structure of progressive die.According to the design of progressive die structure and the required standard mold parts, mold design finished.After the design is completed ,with AutoCAD software draw mold parts and assembly drawings, draw 3D model with ProE software.This graduation design is independently related to professional English literature translation and about 5000 characters.
