工程管理专业本科培养方案 Undergraduate Program for Specialty in Construction Management 一、培养目标 Ⅰ Educational Objectives 培养适应现代科学技术与经济发展需要，德、智、体全面发展，具备土木工程技术与工程管理相关的管理、经济和法律等基本知识，获得工程师基本训练，具有实践能力、创新能力的高级工程管理人才。 TStudents of our specialty will posses some basic knowledge of management as civil engineering skill, economics and laws in the field of construction management and special training in engineering so as to adapt to the needs of modern science and technology and economic development. 二、培养要求 Ⅱ Skills Profile 本专业毕业生应具备以下几方面的知识和能力： 掌握土木工程技术知识； 掌握相关的管理理论和方法； 掌握相关的经济理论； 掌握相关的法律、法规； 具有综合运用上述四个方面的知识从事工程管理的基本能力； 具有阅读工程管理专业英语文献的基本能力； 具有运用计算机辅助解决工程管理问题的能力； 具有初步的科学研究能力。 本专业设置工程项目管理、投资与造价管理两个方向。 Traduates of this specialty are expected to process the following knowledge and capabilities: 1. Mastering knowledge of civil engineering; 2. Mastering knowledge and skills of management; 3. Mastering knowledge of relevant theories of economics; 4. Mastering knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations; 5. Having abilities of applying the above-mentioned knowledge to construction management; 6. Having abilities of reading the foreign documents about this specialty; 7. Having skills of solving problems in construction management with the helpof computer; 8. Having skills of doing basic scientific research.
