江汽物流信息化管理的现状分析 摘要 信息化可以说是企业的一次科技革命，给企业带来新的活力和更高的生产率，不难看出，不管是物流企业还是企业物流，只要一旦实施了高程度的信息化，就会给企业带来巨大的经济效益，同时可以增强企业在市场中的综合竞争力。作为近几年成立的江汽有限公司，企业物流的信息化提升符合了现代经济社会高速发展的基本要求。在信息化的潮流中，物流企业应该抓住机遇，重视现代物流的信息化升级作用。目前我国绝大部分企业的物流信息化建设还处于基础阶段，物流信息系统的建设仍以基本内容为主。供应链管理系统也比较罕见，面对我国现代物流的信息化状况，江汽物流公司的现代物流的信息化升级迫在眉睫，该趋势也必然是为了进一步促进物流供应链一体化和物流全程自动化服务。 文中着重分析目前包括江汽物流在内的国内物流企业的信息化现状及信息化过程中存在问题，并对其进行分析，提出了进一步发展的建议和措施，同时以江汽物流企业集团为例分析物流企业信息化成功经验。 关键字：江汽 物流 信息化 现状分析 Abstract The information can be got from a scientific revolution, that informatization bring new vigor to the enterprise with higher productivity to the enterprise and it’s not hard to see, whether logistics enterprise or enterprise logistics, just once implemented a high degree of informatization, will give enterprise bring huge economic benefits, also can enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises in market.
