Dry weather screening is a field test method for inspecting storm water drainage areas to help locate and identify harmful and illegal discharges to a municipal storm water system. The field testing (screening) is designed primarily for testing flowing water discharges in a storm water coveyance during dry weather, but it is also appropriate for detecting water quality problems in any urban waterway.
