84消毒液在公共场所中的使用利弊评估 崔刚 成都市锦江区疾病预防控制中心 摘要 【目的】在当代公共场所餐具消毒领域中，评价84消毒液对流行性病原微生物的消杀效果；分析三类主流消毒手段的优劣；探究84消毒液对人体的危害，以及实际使用中的弊端。 【对象与方法】①在本年度卫生监测工作中通过现场问答的方式记录84消毒液在含有餐具消毒类公共场所的使用覆盖率，统计三类消毒手段的分布比例。②分析2011年锦江区公共卫生场所监测工作的结果报告，检验并统计由现场无菌采样回返的样品合格率。③运用卡方检验分析不同消毒手段之间、“日常消毒”与“临检消毒”之间的统计学差异④对不同的消毒手段相对应的样品合格率制作统计学logistic回归模型，分析84消毒液相较于其它消毒手段的优劣。 【结果】根据统计数据所得，本年度锦江区的餐饮行业主要通过84消毒液、高温或紫外线三类手段进行餐具消毒，少数餐饮点仅靠水洗清洁餐具；近一半的餐饮点仅在卫生检查来临前对餐具消毒而非日常消毒。三类消毒手段中：高温消毒的使用率最高，其次是84消毒液，而紫外线消毒仍未普及。根据两类统计学检验数据表明，消毒手段对流行性病原微生物的消杀效果具统计学差异，84消毒液紫外线高温消毒。 【关键词】公共卫生；餐具消毒；84消毒液；统计学；无机化学。 【Abstract】 【Objective】To make the appraise about the effect of bacterial mortality in public place；Analyzing the differences from three kinds of disinfection methods；Researching on the harm to the human body and abuses at actual using 【Methods】①Recording the coverage rate of 84 disinfectant market using by asking on scene and compiling statistics about three kinds of disinfection methods.②Analyzing the results of reports about 2011 Jingjiang Area Health Monitoring and getting the statistics data，inspecting and appraising their disinfection effect by The Thi-square Test.③Making the Logistic Regression to analyzing the superiority of 84 disinfectant to others. 【Results】According to the obtained data，Catering industry in Jingjiang Area disinfect their tableware by 84 disinfectant、high temperature or ultraviolet this year，a few of them wash the tableware by nothing else but water；Not only disinfectants everyday but one half of them also used to disinfectant just before the Health Check. According to the statistics data，Qualified rate of different disinfection methods have the difference of Statistics. 【Key word】Public health；Tableware disinfection；The 84 disinfectant；Statistics；Inorganic chemistry.  1.对象 1.1锦江区所有在本年度委托过餐具消毒监测的公共场所。 2.方法 2.1 在锦江区本年度公共场所监测工作过程中，现场问答并记录餐饮服务人员以何种方式对餐具进行消毒灭菌。 2.2 由现场无菌采样回返样品，通过实验室微生物检验判断是否符合《GB14834-94食（饮）具消毒卫生标准》中关于大肠杆菌数目的标准，统计该检验报告给出的餐具消毒合格率，评价不同的消毒方式对本年本地区流行性病原微生物的消杀效果。 2.3 统计不同的消毒手段相对应的样
