城市山水经营 ——论浙江山水风景资源的经营 郭弘志/Guo Hong-zhi*王丽娴/wang li-xian，仇水贵 / QIU Shui-gui, （1.浙江理工大学..建筑工程学院.浙江杭州.310018 2..玲珑山国家森林公园管理处.浙江临安.311300，3.浙江理工大学..建筑工程学院.浙江杭州.310018 ） *为通讯作者，致谢：浙江省建设厅（1015）项目资助 摘要：1990年以来，钱学森山水城市理论不断被关注和研究。以城市经营理念和风景资源属性变迁为立论基础，本文分析指出，山水风景资源应该是城市经营的主要内容之一，山水风景资源本身具有可以经营的多元价值。在结合绍兴兰亭，临安玲珑山案例分析后指出，在当前的城市化进程中，浙江的城镇化建设需要以城市经营的理念经营城市中的山水风景资源。浙江山水风景资源作为未来可进入市场竞争的城市经营对象，必须在价值导向上首先建立山水文化价值维度，在经营思路上要有整体性的保护和开发，在具体实践中要注重多元价值的综合关注。 关键词:城市经营 山水城市 风景资源 城镇化 Abstract: Put forward by Qian xuesen in 1990s, Shan-shui City theory has graduall been focused and studied. Based on urban management idea and scenic resource properties change, the author pointed out, the landscape and resources should be one of the major content of urban management. The paper is divided into three parts.The background and the foundations of Shan-shui City are laid in the first part. Also，the value of Shan-shui in city has been analyzed in this part. Then it comes to the discussion of Lan-ting and Ling-long Shan-shui in the medium and small town construction in Zhejiang province. At last, the author pointed out, in the process of urbanization, with the idea of city management，Shan-shui in city should be managed as resources. As it will be enter in to the market competition of the urban management object in the future, it should be established the value orientation in the culture value dimension at first. Then a comprehensive view of the protection and development should be carried out in the management ideas of the cultural landscape heritage. And in the concrete practice, it should be noticed to the pluralistic value of comprehensive attention.
